PALADIN RESOURCES LIMITED

Paladin Resources announced details of a private placement of September 13, 2005. The company will sell 35 million fully paid ordinary shares at a price of A$2.20 per share for gross proceeeds of A$77 million. The proceeds of the financing will be used for construction and development of the Langer Heinrich uranium project in Namibia, and for general working capital.
