Says PC unit sales were approximately 720,000, a year-over-year increase of "more than five percent."

Mylan Labs gets $35 mln in Bristol-Myers settlement (MYL) 38.40 +0.42: -- Update -- Announces that under the terms of its Buspar and Taxol settlement with BMY (see 10:46 comment), MYL would receive a one-time payment of $35 mln and non-exclusive, paid-up, royalty free, irrevocable licenses under any applicable BMY patents to manufacture, market, and sell the 2 drugs.

First Health reaffirms 2003 forecast (FHCC) 23.62 -0.38: Based upon the addition of new clients, the sale of additional services to existing clients, and additional new business the co expects to announce next month, FHCC says it is comfortable with estimates of $860-$870 mln in rev and $1.50 in EPS for 2003.
