Universal Communication Systems, Inc. Subsidiary AirWater Corporation Signs $1 Million / 3 year Exclusive Distribution Agreement With WWS -- A Commercial Group in France for Entire Range of AirWater Machines and Systems

PARIS, Nov 15, 2005 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Tuesday November 15th, 2005 (MarketWire) Universal Communication Systems, Inc. (UCSY) subsidiary AirWater Corporation company president Michael Zwebner announced today that the company has signed an Exclusive Distribution Agreement with WWS, a French Commercial Group entailing a minimum commitment to purchase and distribute $1 million in value of AirWater Machines, for France and a number of French Protectorates.
Michael Zwebner stated: "The Exclusive Agreement we have entered into and signed is for an initial period of 3 years, and grants WWS Exclusive Distribution rights for our entire range of Air to Water products for France and a number of other Global Territories. We are more than convinced that WWS has the ability to market and distribute our unique products and will add significant value to our sales efforts. We look forward to working with them to develop these new markets for AirWater machines and Systems."
Michel Poyet, one of the founders of WWS being incorporated, stated: "On behalf of WWS, I can say that we are all excited about working with AirWater Company, and see the entire range of air to water machines as a unique new business opportunity.
