Ceramic Fuel Cells Limited is pleased to announce a share purchase plan and overseas offer to certain existing investors to raise further working capital. The share purchase plan will enable eligible shareholders in Australia and New Zealand to purchase up to A$15,000 of ordinary shares in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) per shareholder at a price of 3.84 cents (approximately 2.14p) per Ordinary Share (the “SPP”).
