Ariba price target raised to $4 from $3.50 at RBC (ARBA) 3.30 -0.06: RBC Capital raises their 2003-05 rev ests and raises their target to $4 from $3.50; firm believes that ARBA's Sept qtr is tracking well against their revised ests given evidence of: 1) 3 seven-figure transactions closed, including a tier 1 auto supplier; 2) another 7-figure
transaction expected to close shortly; 3) positive feedback on Sept month prospects; and 4) improving European performance.
