Der KUrs mittlerweile auch wieder über meinem Einstiegsniveau - man könnte sich nun etwas ärgern, hatte lange einen Nachkauf überlegt, als es so nach unten ging - aber bei heißen Eisen sollte man nicht über solche Dinge nachdenken ....

DENVER, Aug. 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- PetroHunter Energy Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: PHUN), announced today that MAB Resources, LLC and Sweetpea Petroleum Pty. Ltd. ("Sweetpea"), MAB\'s wholly owned subsidiary, have applied for a fifth petroleum exploration permit in the Beetaloo Basin in the Northern Territory of Australia on behalf of both PetroHunter and Sweetpea.
The permit application covers an area of 51 blocks, amounting to
approximately 956,000 acres. Through Sweetpea, PetroHunter currently owns a 50% undivided working interest in four exploration permits in the Beetaloo Basin, covering approximately seven million acres. Exploration potential identified by the company\'s geological and geophysical mapping extends into the area covered by the permit application. Upon approval of this permit, PetroHunter\'s position in the Beetaloo Basin would expand to approximately eight million acres.

Australian Seismic Program
As part of the work program commitment under the existing exploration
permits, a 700 kilometer 2D seismic study is being conducted in the Beetaloo Basin. To date, 250 kilometers have been recorded. The program is expected to finish in the fourth quarter of 2006. Future plans are to drill a number of wells in the second and third quarter of 2007 to test prospects developed by this seismic program.

DENVER, Oct. 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- PetroHunter Energy Corporation ("PetroHunter" or the "Company") (OTC Bulletin Board: PHUN - News) has signed a non- binding letter of intent with Galaxy Energy Corporation ("Galaxy") and Dolphin Energy Corporation ("Dolphin") under which the parties agree to negotiate and attempt to reach final agreement for the purchase of all of Galaxy's and Dolphin's oil and gas interests in the Powder River Basin of Wyoming and Montana. Dolphin is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Galaxy (Amex: GAX - News).
Dolphin owns an average 86% working interest in 197 oil and gas wells in the Powder River Basin. Twenty-two wells are currently selling gas at an average rate of 850,000 cubic feet a day. The remaining wells are in various stages of dewatering, shut-in waiting on pipeline, or waiting to be completed.

Under the letter of intent, signed on October 23, 2006, PetroHunter has stated its intention to pay $45 million (US) to acquire Dolphin's interest, with $20 million to be paid in cash and $25 million to be paid in PetroHunter common stock. The parties have committed to negotiate and attempt to enter into a Purchase and Sale Agreement ("PSA") within the next thirty days. The PSA will be subject to PetroHunter obtaining financing on terms acceptable to PetroHunter, approval by Galaxy's senior lenders, and various other terms and conditions.

PetroHunter Energy Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: PHUN) reports that its unconventional natural gas exploration drilling program is continuing on schedule. Eight producing wells have been connected into the sales gas pipeline in Colorado. Permitting is continuing in Montana and a workover rig has commenced the initial well revitalization in our Fiddler Creek Prospect leasehold position. In Utah, PetroHunter has purchased additional 2D seismic, started preparation of drilling permit applications and continues design studies for land-based infrastructure. In Australia, 500 kilometers of the 2D seismic data collection has been completed. Initial processing of the new data has also commenced. Title to all of PetroHunter Energy Corporation\'s oil and gas assets is owned by its wholly-owned subsidiary, PetroHunter Operating Company. Piceance Basin Natural Gas Operations - Colorado

The Company has commenced drilling operations as part of a 25-well program in the Piceance Basin. As of October 23, 2006, eight wells, in which the Company owns a participating interest, are currently producing natural gas and have been connected to the gas sales pipeline. The Company is now receiving revenue from gas production. Drilling operations are ongoing on the Furr lease, where the Company holds 12 approved drilling permits. Thus far, four wells have been completed and the Company\'s rig is starting on a three well pad for additional drilling on the same lease. In total, in the Piceance Basin, the Company has drilled and completed eight wells that are producing, four wells that have been completed without a pipeline connection, an additional seven wells which are cased awaiting completion, and one additional well in the process of being drilled. Initial production rates by well into the gas sales pipelines have varied from 1.2 million to 2.2 million standard cubic feet per day.

Sehr schlechte Zeiten erlebte die Aktie die letzten Wochen. Seit ein paar Tagen scheint es wieder aufwärts zu gehen - auch heute wieder ein Plus von derzeit knapp 8% auf 1,39.

Mal sehen, wie es bei dieser Aktie weitergeht.

Es ist sehr ruhig um den Wert geworden. Der KUrs dümplet etwas hilflos vor sich hin und kommt dem letztenTief wieder sehr nahe.

Bei wo sehen viele Investierte hier die Ruhe vor dem Sturm. Vermutlich würden sie sich aber auch lieber wieder etwas Sturm und steigende Kurs wünschen.

Dem ist so gekommen, wenngelich erst nach einigen MOnaten
Der Kurs bei knapp über 1 EURO. Die Umsätze in USA und BRD deutlich zurückgegangen - aber noch findet ein vernünftiger Handel statt.

Und auch hier eine nahezu desaströse Entwicklung - der Kurs in einem dauerhaften Abwärtstrend bei derzeit 0,65 EUR angelangt.

Seltsamerweise berichtet auch keiner der damals so euphorischen "Analysten" mehr darüber ...
