As a result of the re-ranking of the NASDAQ-100 Index, the following 8 companies will be removed: Cephalon (CEPH), Compuware (CPWR), First Health Group Corp. (FHCC), Gentex Corp (GNTX), Henry Schein (HSIC), NVIDIA (NVDA), Patterson-UTI Energy (PTEN) and, Ryanair Holdings plc (RYAAY).
