Im Netz herrscht einigermaßen großes Rätseln über den Einbruch -hier die aktuellsten News:

Rambus shares weaken as Infineon files to dismiss
Tue Dec 21, 2004 11:53 AM ET
LOS ANGELES, Dec 21 (Reuters) - Shares of Rambus Inc. (RMBS.O: Quote, Profile, Research) fell as much as 19 percent on Tuesday, a day after German chip maker Infineon Technologies AG (IFXGn.DE: Quote, Profile, Research) asked a court to dismiss Rambus' suit against it.
A dismissal of the case against Infineon could prevent Rambus from collecting millions of dollars of royalties from the company. Rambus has sought, and sued for, billions of dollars in royalties for its patents, which it says are infringed by standard computer memory chips.

In a filing on Monday in the U.S. District Court in the Eastern District of Virginia, Infineon asked the judge to dismiss Rambus' patent infringement claims on the ground that Rambus had deceived the court.

The shares weakened on Tuesday in reaction to the new filing, as well as because investors are seeing that the stock had risen too far recently, one analyst said.

" It tells me the stock probably had gone up a little bit on air, and it's not taking a little bit of deflation," said Erach Desai, an analyst with American Technology Research.

Rambus shares were off $3.82, or 15 percent, at $21.53 in late morning trading on Nasdaq.

Die Aktie hat sich aber wieder von den Tiefstständen etwas erholt.
