Rambus licenses Serial Link Technology to STMicro (RMBS) 17.98: Rambus announces that STMicroelectronics (STM) has signed an agreement to license Rambus's RaSer Fibre Channel and PCI Express serial link technologies to be incorporated into the ST 90nm process technology library.
