Ariba nach Zahlen im Plus
Der führende Anbieter von Software-Lösungen zur Investitions-Verwaltung von Unternehmen, Ariba, verringerte seinen Umsatz im zurückliegenden Quartal von 84,1 Millionen Dollar auf 77,1 Millionen Dollar. Die Lizenzeinnahmen verringerten sich von 15,6 Millionen Dollar auf 8,0 Millionen Dollar.

Der Nettoverlust lag bei 7,3 Millionen Dollar oder 11 cents je Aktie nach einem Verlust von 22,9 Millionen Dollar oder 36 cents je Aktie im Jahr zuvor. Vor Einrechnung von Sonderkosten wies Ariba einen Gewinn je Aktie von 11 cents aus.

Die Aktie steigt nachbörslich um 5 Prozent auf 7,35 Dollar.

Überzeugende Zahlen von Siebel Systems
Der Softwarekonzern Siebel Systems hat seinen Gewinn im abgelaufenen Quartal deutlich auf 34,7 Millionen Dollar oder 6 Cents je Aktie steigern können.
