Kurz-Kommentierung: Die CMGI Aktie erreichte vergangene Woche den EMA200, wo eine Trendwende nach oben hin möglich gewesen wäre. In dieser Woche rutscht die Aktie aber kräftig ab und erreicht die 1,50 $ Marke. Hier bei 1,46 - 1,50 $ sollte nun eineGegenbewegung auf die heftigen Verluste der letzten Tage möglich werden. Aufwärtsziele lägen bei 1,62 - 1,66 und darüber bei 1,78 - 1,80 $. Erst über 1,80 $ entsteht ein größeres Kaufsignal. Unter 1,45 $ drohen mittelfristig weitere Verluste bis 1,23 und 1,14 $.

Kurz-Kommentierung: Die CMGI Aktie rutschte Ende Juli unter den EMA200 zurück und fiel im Zuge des Verkaufsignals bis an die 1,50 $ Marke zurück. Dort vollzog sie die erwartete Kurserholung und kippte wieder ab. Am Freitag rutschte sie schließlich unter 1,50 $ zurück und neutralisierte jegliche übergeordnet bullischen Tendenzen wieder. Heute geht es weiter abwärts, die Aktie sollte nun direkt bis 1,23 und darunter 1,14 $ fallen. Dort wäre dann mit einer größeren Kurserholung zu rechnen. Alternativ bricht die Aktie die Abwärtsbewegung vorzeitig ab und klettert wieder über 1,50, was Erholungspotenzial bis 1,72 - 1,79 $ aktivieren würde.

WALTHAM, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CMGI® Inc. (NASDAQ: CMGID - News) today announced it has completed a 1-for-10 reverse stock split of the company’s issued and outstanding common stock. The reverse stock split, which was announced on September 25, 2007, was effective with respect to stockholders of record at 11:59 p.m. EST, on October 31, 2007. As a result of the reverse stock split, each ten shares of issued and outstanding common stock were combined and were reclassified into one share of common stock and the total number of shares outstanding was reduced from approximately 490 million shares to approximately 49 million shares. No fractional shares were issued in connection with the reverse stock split. Shareholders who are entitled to fractional shares will receive cash in lieu of fractional shares.

As of the opening of the Nasdaq Global Market on November 1, 2007, the company’s common stock will begin trading at the split-adjusted level. For a period of 20 trading days, the company’s common stock will trade on a post-split basis under the trading symbol “CMGID.” After this 20-trading-day period, the company’s common stock will resume trading under the symbol “CMGI.”

CMGI Shares Skyrockets After 1st-Quarter Profit Jump; Analyst Keeps 'Buy' Rating


NEW YORK (AP) -- Shares of CMGI Inc. skyrocketed Tuesday morning after the supply-chain and inventory-management software provider posted a first-quarter profit that widely exceeded Wall Street's expectations.

The stock added $2.24, or 21.7 percent, to $12.57 in late-morning trading.

On Monday, CMGI reported first-quarter earnings of 18 cents per share while analysts expected 10 cents per share, according to a poll by Thomson Financial.

WR Hambrecht analyst Robert Stimson kept his "Buy" rating and $22.50 price target, more than double Monday's closing price of $10.33.

"We are encouraged by the company's progress, and we continue to believe that CMGI is a compelling turnaround story and a long-term investment play that will likely begin to bear fruit exiting 2007," Stimson said in a client note.

CMGI's 14.2 percent margin growth during the period beat Stimson's estimate of 12.3 percent growth, meaning "the company has gained traction in higher margin verticals and that the newer contracts have more than offset the lost revenue" from discontinued contracts, he said.

Stimson raised his 2008 sales forecast to $1.25 billion from $1.15 billion and his earnings forecast to 62 cents per share from 56 cents per share. CMGI maintained its guidance for 2008 on Monday, saying it still expects sales between $1.1 billion and $1.15 billion
